Synchrony Performance Encoder is licensed software.
When you purchase Synchrony, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on up to two computers that you own or control, provided the software is not used on more than one computer simultaneously.
Licence summary
- One licence permits installation on up to two (2) computers owned or controlled by you
- The software may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or reverse engineered
- The licence grants the right to use the software, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property
- All licences are personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to a third party
Trial
A free 14-day trial licence is available through our website. The software requires a valid licence key to operate. Upon expiry of the trial, the software will cease to function until a full licence is purchased and activated.
Updates
Your licence entitles you to all minor updates within the same major version (for example, 1.0 to 1.x). Major version upgrades (for example, 1.x to 2.0) may require a separate purchase or upgrade licence.
Licensing and activation are handled securely via Moonbase. Once purchase is complete, you will receive your licence credentials and download instructions.
