Synchrony is downloadable software. Because licences are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once the licence has been activated.
However, if you experience a genuine technical issue preventing the software from functioning as intended, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the problem. If a solution cannot be found, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis
